Property inspections are a part of living in an Association. The property inspection are done monthly but could change. We wanted to make you aware of this inspection because we don’t like sending violation letters and we know you don’t like to receive them. We understand. This inspection is done once a month and we will view the properties from the common areas, we will not enter your property and you do not need to be present. Our inspectors will drive by or walk the buildings and look for the following issues: Unauthorized items in common areas (entryways)
Buildings in disrepair
Lights not illuminating
This is not an inclusive list but a general idea of what the inspectors look for.
If your building is found to have any violations, letters will be sent to both the owner and the property address.
