Submissions go directly to Assured Real Estate. Do not include Social Security, bank, or card numbers.

Requests missing information will not be reviewed until complete. Requests outside the governing documents are reviewed at the next Board meeting, and approval is not guaranteed.

While a request is pending you remain responsible for assessments and any balance due. Collection actions continue per the governing documents unless the account is paid in full.
